- A voice model transcribes what you say, and a language model refines and reshapes it. Both run on-device, so nothing you say leaves your Mac.
- Optionally connect your own model. Refining then runs on that provider's servers instead of on your Mac.

- Keep holding the shortcut and press a key to reshape the same words: tighten them, turn them into a bullet list, or drop in a matching emoji.
